All of our cars are prepared to a very high standard, We use state of the art diagnostic equipment to check all our cars for any recorded faults and check live data to ensure all is as it should be. We put every car through a new MOT and finally through our rigorous 100 point pre-delivery inspection. But despite our best efforts to ensure your new car is in good health prior to you collecting, it would be impossible for us to guarantee that the car will never develop a fault. We will however pledge to do our best to ensure you receive the best service and care should a problem occur. In order to facilitate this we are pleased to be working in partnership with the Lawgistics Driver warranty scheme.
Why The Driver warranty scheme?
After years of frustration to make claims with insurance backed warranty providers only for them to wriggle out of the claim using small print jargon, we decided to look for a different approach. We were recommended Lawgistics by some well respected industry figures and haven't looked back since! The Driver Scheme was set up by an ex Trading standards officer whose main objective was to offer a fair and compliant alternative warranty scheme to independent dealers throughout the country and ensure dealers warranties meet their requirements under the 'Sales of Goods Act'. The main difference is that for every car sold the dealer contributes to a warranty 'slush fund' to pay for repairs. So unlike conventional warranty providers, when deciding if a claim is eligible they're not putting their own interests first as it is not their money paying for repairs. This makes for a very black & white warranty and it shows in the lack of small print!
The claim process couldn't be simpler either. The warranty claim line is open 24/7. Just call them and they will advise you of a local garage to take the car to be inspected. Once a fault is determined the garage will contact the warranty provider and if the item is covered they will usually provide authorisation straight away! You are not expected to pay for the repair and then be put through a lengthy reimbursement process either. The warranty company will arrange everything.
